FlexGCC may collect the following categories of information:
- identity and contact data such as your name, company and work email, plus your role if you choose to provide it;
- business inquiry data such as your workflow description, optional systems, impact and notes, and the selected offer, audience or case study;
- technical data such as website, browser, device or hosting logs, IP addresses used to limit abusive requests, and form timing and anti-spam fields;
- communications data from emails or follow-up discussions initiated through the website;
- newsletter subscription data: name, designation, company, LinkedIn profile URL, email, subscription preference and the date and source of registration;
- publisher account information supplied by Google, including the authorised publisher’s name and verified email.
2. How We Use Information
FlexGCC uses collected information to:
- review and respond to workflow review requests;
- provide requested PDF downloads and deliver the weekly workflow newsletter to subscribers;
- record unsubscribe preferences and prevent duplicate newsletter sends;
- communicate about prospective services or engagements;
- operate, secure, and improve the website and associated service workflows;
- maintain internal records and business communications;
- comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
3. Basis for Processing
Where applicable, FlexGCC processes information because it is necessary to respond to your request, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, or because you have chosen to submit the information voluntarily.
4. How Information Is Shared
FlexGCC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website and communication workflows, such as hosting, email delivery, form handling, and productivity providers, subject to appropriate operational controls. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect legal rights.
5. Email, Downloads and Contact Form Handling
Information submitted through the contact form is sent to contact@flexgcc.com. Your email address is used as the reply address so the team can respond and arrange a conversation. The form does not automatically send a copy to the address you enter. Name, company, work email and a workflow description are required; the additional context fields are optional. Please do not include confidential records or sensitive personal data in this initial enquiry.
PDF download forms ask you to subscribe to the weekly newsletter. The newsletter is sent through SendGrid on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email and preference to prevent later CSV imports from adding you back to the active mailing list. You may explicitly subscribe again using the website form.
Authorised publishers may import subscriber details. We merge duplicate email addresses and preserve existing unsubscribe preferences. Newsletter delivery records help us avoid duplicate sends and investigate delivery failures. We do not enable email open tracking or click tracking in this service.
Published playbook PDFs and publisher email drafts may be sent to OpenAI to prepare summaries, categories, search metadata and draft email text. Subscriber contact lists are not sent to OpenAI for this process.
6. Data Retention
FlexGCC retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage inquiries, evaluate opportunities, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
7. Security
FlexGCC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information handled through the website. No internet transmission or storage system is fully secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. International Transfers
Website infrastructure and service providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your own. By using the website and submitting information, you understand that such transfers may occur subject to the controls used by FlexGCC and its providers.

We use a secure cookie lasting up to 90 days to remember completed download registration in the same browser. This lets you access other PDFs without repeating the form. Publisher sign-in uses an eight-hour session cookie and a short-lived Google sign-in verification cookie. These cookies do not track visits across other websites. If analytics, tracking or advertising technologies are introduced later, this policy will be updated to reflect those practices.

The website may link to third-party websites or services. FlexGCC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and you should review their policies independently.

FlexGCC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
